To Order Online:

We have a secure online shopping system for your convenience.

International Orders:

At this time, we are only accepting orders from North America including Canada.

Shipping and Delivery Times:

There is a shipping charge associated with every order. The shipping charge will be displayed on the last checkout page before you submit your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after your order for delivery.

Delivery:

Depending on the destination and package weights, orders are shipped by USPS or UPS.

Payment:

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, no checks or money orders.

Debit Card Orders:

We do accept debit cards, when used as a Visa or MasterCard. Please be aware that an attempted purchase from us with a bank debit card, even if the purchase is declined, will result in a temporary deduction from the account associated with the debit card. This deduction will be credited back to the account usually within one week of the attempted transaction. The time frame of the charge being reversed is determined by the bank or institution issuing the debit card. Customers with duplicate charges on their debit card must contact their bank or institution with questions about the status of these charges. Longevity Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for duplicate charges to any account associated with a debit card. In order to avoid duplicate charges please only click on process order once.

Order Processing:

We may be unable to process your order in the case of missing or incorrect information entered while ordering. When possible, we will contact you for the correct information. In the event we are not able to make the necessary changes, your order will not be shipped and your credit card will not be charged.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Any order placed over $500.00 (U.S.) may require additional verification or information before accepting the order.

Warranty and Returns:

Longevity Enterprises, LLC accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. A copy of your original invoice must be included inside the returned package with the item returned circled. All products, including nutritional supplements, must be returned in new, unopened condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Kuvings Juicers, Vitamix Blenders and Some Books Sold Through the Website:

Please note that these products mentioned above are sold directly through their websites. Your purchase, any guarantee or warranty, refund or other action directly associated with your order is the responsibility of the company from whom you made the purchase through.

Longevity Enterprises, LLC cannot guarantee Jay Kordich products purchased from any non-authorized retailers. Refunds, returns or warranties will not be honored from these non-authorized retailers.

All transactions, including returns, refunds and exchanges are performed in US dollars.

Refusals of Delivery:

Please note that for all product orders where delivery is refused, or product is non-deliverable, shipping charges back to Longevity Enterprises, LLC will be deducted from the amount credited back.
