Easy Tahini!
I'm at my parent's home - they're in the 90s and still very very healthy! No diseases... they're active, they have their own home, they garden and they eat a very 'high' vegan/raw diet.
I thought I would share a dressing my mother and I used last night that was sooo good!
Here it is: Easy Tahini. (perfect for sandwiches, salads, over falafels, and you can use
Makes 1.5 cups:
3 large tablespoons of Tahini (sesame tahini)
4 large cloves garlic (no need to peel)
1 tablespoon brown Miso
4 tablespoons Tamari (wheat free)
Pink Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste
Blend for 30-40 seconds and bingo.. it's ready to go and super delicious.
